Joyce Godbey is a professional with experience in talent acquisition, marketing, and government affairs. Currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at The Encompass Group, Joyce has also held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager, Account Manager, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to this, Joyce worked as a Marketing Specialist at First Choice Emergency Room. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Abilene Christian University, Joyce's expertise includes community outreach, event planning, healthcare policy research, and political action committee strategy development.
