Isabella B. has extensive experience in policy advocacy and community organizing, currently serving as an Outside Policy Fellow at the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights and as Coalition Coordinator for the #StopSanQuentinOutbreak Coalition. In these roles, Isabella builds coalitions, facilitates meetings, and manages operational aspects of various working groups. As Network Coordinator and Project Manager at The Center for Cultural Power, Isabella leads a national Design Team focused on BIPOC-led cultural strategies and sustainable fundraising. Previous roles include Retention Product Manager at Adobe, where Isabella was responsible for driving customer retention strategies and overseeing product management processes, as well as leadership positions in nonprofit organizations and community initiatives. Isabella earned a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
