Erin Grimes is a seasoned professional in grant operations and project management with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Grant Operations at The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation since October 2021, Erin previously held several positions at the California Community Foundation, including Senior Grants Manager, Grants Manager, and Grants and Fund Operations Specialist from February 2013 to October 2021. Erin's career also includes a role as Project Manager at Partners for Children South LA and Operations Manager at the Program for Torture Victims. An early career as Resident Manager at the Academy of Art University involved overseeing a dormitory and managing a team of Resident Assistants.
