Jamie Sapp's work experience begins with being the CEO and Founder of The Eighth Notch, Inc. (T8N) starting in 2019. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2019, Sapp worked as the SVP Technology at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., where they were responsible for leading a staff in the strategy and delivery of the company's technology portfolio. From 2012 to 2014, Sapp held multiple roles at MAG Mutual Insurance Company, including SVP and Chief Digital Officer, and VP of Healthcare and Marketing Strategies. Sapp also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Emory Johns Creek Hospital and as a Board Member at Healthbox in 2013. From 2009 to 2012, Sapp worked as the CIO at MedAssets, where they were responsible for developing and managing the technology strategy of the organization. Before that, from 2005 to 2009, Sapp worked as the VP of Technology at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Sapp's earlier roles include being the CIO at Universal Solutions Inc. from 2004 to 2005, and the Director of IT Solutions at UPS Supply Chain Solutions from 1996 to 2004. Lastly, Sapp worked as the Director of Technology at American Software from 1990 to 1994.

Jamie Sapp attended Mercer University from 1980 to 1984, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their field of study encompassed Economics and Computer Science.
