Katy Parker has held various roles in business development, project management, and community outreach throughout their career. Katy currently serves as the Director of Project Management at the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina, where Katy has also worked in business recruitment. Prior to this, Katy held positions at Piedmont Biofuels and Chapel Hill Restaurant Group, showcasing their diverse experience in different industries. With a background in economic development from Appalachian State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Katy continues to expand their knowledge in the field.
