Clifford Kitner has a diverse background in sports management and recreation, with extensive experience in various roles since 1998. Currently serving as a Men's Basketball Official for the NCAA since August 2007, Clifford also holds the position of Executive Director at the Cambria County Conservation and Recreation Authority since March 2015. In addition, Clifford has worked as a Recreation Planner for The EADS Group and previously served as Activities/Volunteer Coordinator for Allegheny Lutheran Social Ministries. Earlier coaching experience includes Head Boys Track Coach at Somerset High School and Recreation Director for The City of Johnstown. Clifford holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
