Brad Easom has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of Human Resources at The Dutch Group since October 2024. Prior to this role, Brad was Human Resources Director at Conco Services LLC from July 2023 to October 2024, and held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Blue Wolf Performance Solutions from July 2021 to July 2023, participating in the formation of the company from three industry leaders. Earlier roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Aqua Drill International, Senior Human Resources Manager at Quintana Energy Services, and various positions at Archer - the well company, Ensco plc, Pride International, The Offshore Drilling Company, and Choctaw Maid Farms Inc. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Leake Academy.
