Jay Cottingim is an experienced Lean Engineer currently employed at The Dupps Company since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jay worked as a Lean Analyst focused on Continuous Improvement at Whirlpool Corporation from June 2013 to July 2022. Jay's background includes a position as a Quality Engineer at Georgia-Pacific LLC from July 2012 to June 2013, and as a Production Engineer at Appleton Paper from February 1999 to June 2012. Jay also has experience as a Process Engineer at International Paper between June 1995 and February 1999. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paper Science & Engineering from Miami University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
