Tony Svoboda is an experienced land analyst at Drees Homes, specializing in identifying and evaluating land opportunities for home building since November 2021. Prior to this role, Tony served as an Economic Development Specialist for the City of Cleveland from September 2019 to November 2021, where responsibilities included underwriting and processing loans and grants for developers and small businesses. Tony also gained experience as an Economic Development Intern at the City of Cleveland, focusing on gap financing for small business projects. Earlier work experience includes roles as an attendant at Royalton Car Wash and a maintenance worker at Tamberlane Farms, along with serving as a lifeguard at the Medina County Recreational Community. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Development from Cleveland State University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
