Prescott "Scott" Drees possesses extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as Division President at Drees Homes since September 2019, where various roles have included Sales Manager, Land Acquisition Manager, and Market Manager Trainee. Prior to this, Drees worked as a Project Engineer at Morrow Construction from September 2017 to August 2019, and at LMC, A Lennar Company in mid-2017. Early career roles include a Project Management Internship at Meritage Homes and a Summer Internship at Drees Homes, as well as labor positions at Nisbet Brower. Drees holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Development from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
