Keri Rusciano, CISR, currently serves as an Account Manager at The Dowd Insurance Agencies since June 2022. Previously, Keri worked as an Assistant Computer Teacher at Chicopee Public Schools from September 2001 to June 2002, assisting Special Needs students with computer class assignments and backing up the computer teacher in the classroom. Keri holds an Associate's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Springfield Technical Community College, earned between 1992 and 1994.
