Allie Rapini, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Internal HR Operations at The Dover Companies since November 2024. Prior to this role, Allie held various positions including Senior Managing Director, Director of Human Resources, and HR Manager at COCA - Center of Creative Arts from June 2021 to November 2024, and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Tandem HR. Allie's experience in human resources also includes roles at Peopable as an HR Generalist, and at ADP in Major Account Sales focusing on enhancing HCM platforms for midsize businesses. Earlier positions include Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and roles in customer service at Applebee's and Main Place Bar and Grill. Allie earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Millikin University in 2013.
