Robert Thom currently serves as a Business Partner in the People Team and has held various HR management roles at The Donkey Sanctuary since January 2017. Previous HR experience includes positions at ABP UK, managing HR policies for approximately 350 employees, and at KARRO Food Ltd, where similar responsibilities were held for around 250 employees. Robert's career began in the early 1990s with roles in leisure management and a family business, and includes HR advisory work at View From Publishing Ltd and operational HR management at West Dorset Sports Trust Limited. Robert holds an HND in Science and Management of Health and Fitness from Farnborough College of Technology.
