Nick Blazek is an experienced logistics planner with a solid background in the transportation industry, currently serving at Don Hummer Trucking Corporation since May 2017. In this role, Nick has successfully analyzed and implemented plans to achieve a 99% on-time delivery rate for major customers while effectively problem-solving and coordinating cross-departmental communication to ensure high levels of customer service. Prior to this, Nick worked at Crete Carrier Corporation from June 2013 to April 2017, where responsibilities included load planning and asset management, contributing to the growth of the regional fleet and excelling in driver retention. Nick began a career in sales at LinPepCo from December 2010 to June 2013, progressively advancing from a merchandiser to a retail customer sales representative. Nick holds a high school diploma from North Star High School and possesses a Class A CDL.
