Gloria Santa Cruz is the Chef~Owner of Santa Cruz Kitchens & Cuisines. Gloria also holds positions in the transportation/trucking industry with Don Hummer Trucking Corporation and as a Transportation~Driver with Amazon Logistics. Gloria previously served as a Chef Instructor/Mentor at PROSTART and as an Assistant Professor/Chef Instructor and Executive Chef at Salt Lake Community College. Additionally, Gloria has experience as a Senior Catering Sales Manager at Utah Food Services. Gloria earned an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Salt Lake Community College.
