Paula Ferraz is a finance professional with a strong background in research and analysis. Currently serving as an ESG Research analyst at The Disruption House since December 2022, Paula previously held the position of Private Equity Analyst at Mill Reef Capital from November 2019 to August 2022 and worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Fit Participacoes between April 2015 and August 2017. Paula's career began with a role in Institutional Sales at Schroders from April 2012 to April 2013. Educationally, Paula holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (2009-2013) and completed additional studies at the University of Cambridge in late 2022 and the London School of Business and Finance in 2013.
