Erika Rivers has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Erika started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Metro Medical Associates in 2006, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined The Salvation Army Boston Kroc Center and served as a Regional Payroll Specialist until 2010. Erika then took on the role of Regional Human Resources Manager until 2013, and later became a Human Resources Manager until 2014. In 2015, Erika joined The Dimock Center as a Human Resources Generalist and worked until 2017. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at JPNDC, starting from July 2017.

Erika Rivers has pursued their education at several institutions. Erika initially attended Howard University, where they focused on Journalism. Erika later enrolled at Walden University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Additionally, Erika earned a degree in Human Resources Management from Walden University.
