AJ Bautista is an experienced marketing professional with a focus on the music industry and community engagement. Currently serving as a Marketing professional and Social Media Intern at Brick & Mortar Music Hall since October 2018, AJ also co-founded Inner Haven Music, where responsibilities include artist management. In addition to roles at Burd Management as Marketing & Tour Manager, AJ has contributed to notable tours such as Juno's Show Them Your Teeth Tour and BigBabyGucci's Homesick Tour. As a Community Curator at The Digilogue and an Ambassador for Guayakà Yerba Mate, AJ engages actively with diverse communities. Previous experience includes an Operations Associate position at Lyft, where marketing and business development initiatives were key, as well as past internships that enhanced social media skills. AJ holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from California State University - East Bay and has educational experience from the College of San Mateo.
