Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at IHS Markit, where strategic ideas for benefit offerings were developed, and as Sr. Benefits Specialist at Mortgage IT, managing a team and handling key benefits administration tasks. Katrina began a career in benefits as a Benefits Specialist at Maureen E Foley, CLU. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Katrina possesses extensive expertise in benefits management, compliance, and employee services.
