Samuel Popoola is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as a Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Samuel also co-founded and leads ZIMTek Solutions, LLC as CEO. Previous roles include Senior IT Security Consultant for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Information Security Analyst at Pentagon Federal Credit Union, and Security Technician/Administrator at Techs LLC. Samuel holds a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology (Security and Assurance) from Towson University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Obafemi Awolowo University. Samuel is certified as CISSP-ISSAP, CGRC, CGEIT, CRISC, and CISM.
