Lola Howard, PMP, currently serves as the Learning and Development Coordinator with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, overseeing training programs for 260,000 employees across 18 agencies. Concurrently, Lola is the Chief Learning Officer for the United States Air Force, managing training and onboarding processes across multiple geographic locations. As the owner of Leaux Notes LLC, Lola leads a notary and loan signing agency. Previous roles include Superintendent of Postal Operations and Senior Executive in Human Resources within the U.S. Air Force, with extensive experience in leadership, training, and operational management. Lola holds a Doctor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University and multiple degrees in Human Resources Management and related fields.
