Frank Borelli serves as a Supervisory Contract Specialist at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security within the Federal Protective Service Acquisition Division since December 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Contract Specialist at U.S. Army Contracting Command, where responsibilities involved procuring services and supplies for military branches. Concurrently, since July 2008, Frank has contributed to Delsea Regional High School District as an Assistant Coach for soccer and wrestling, focusing on athlete motivation, mentoring, and skill development. Additional experience as a Special Education Paraprofessional highlights expertise in supporting educational activities within a self-contained special education program. Frank holds a Master of Science in Administration of Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington College.
