Beth Archibald Martin possesses extensive experience in user experience and customer experience within various government agencies and educational institutions. As Branch Chief in the CX Directorate at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Beth has focused on enhancing customer interactions. Previous roles include UX Design/CX Subject Matter Expert at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, and participation in the Service Design Team at the GSA's Office of Customer Experience. Additionally, Beth has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Maryland Institute College of Art and delivered presentations through the UXD Speaker Series. Beth served as the User Experience Lead at the FAA, consolidating a strong foundation in user-centered design.
