Tony Petersen is an experienced service and user experience designer with a diverse background in various Australian government agencies. Currently serving as a Service Designer at the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care, Tony has previously held roles as a Service and User Experience Designer with the ACT Government, and as a Customer Experience Specialist at the Department of Justice and Attorney-General QLD. Additionally, Tony has worked as a User Experience Analyst/Designer at the Australian Government Department of Veterans' Affairs. Tony holds a Certificate in Graphic Design from the Commercial Art Training Centre.
