Michael Lane is a Senior Investments Associate at Davis since June 2021, with previous experience as an Analyst at Eastdil Secured, where Michael contributed to over $5.8 billion in closed debt and equity transactions from July 2018 to May 2021. Michael's background includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Corcoran Center for Real Estate & Urban Action during undergraduate studies at Boston College, where Michael also served as President of both the Real Estate Club and the nationally-competitive Club Golf team. Additional experience includes a Summer Analyst position at HFF and a Real Estate Development Intern at Skanska USA, where market research on six major US cities was conducted.
