Jennifer Adams is an experienced professional with a robust background in grantmaking and program operations. Currently serving as the Director of Grantmaking Process at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation since January 2017, Jennifer oversees the Foundation's $350 million grantmaking operations, ensuring the integration of all grantmaking products across various program verticals. Previous roles include Manager and Program Operations Manager at Hortonworks and multiple leadership positions at VMware, including Director of Services and Channel Programs as well as Director of Business Transformation & Automation. Jennifer started the career at eBay as a System Administrator & Business Analyst and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at San Jose State University.
