Brittnee King is an experienced professional currently serving as a Program Associate in Civil Society & Leadership at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation since February 2020. In this role, Brittnee manages grantmaking operations across multiple portfolios, ensures compliance with IRS regulations, and collaborates with colleagues globally to enhance the grantee experience. Prior roles include positions at Kalamazoo Nature Center as Student Development Coordinator, at Kalamazoo Community Foundation as Co-Lead of the Racial Healing Design Team, and various leadership positions at Pretty Lake, where Brittnee developed programs focused on youth engagement and social-emotional learning. Additionally, Brittnee has co-founded community initiatives aimed at racial equity, served as an Assistant Team Leader for AmeriCorps NCCC, and has experience in training and educational support roles. Brittnee holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Kalamazoo College and furthered education in International Sustainable Development.
