Brian McGrath is a board member at The DEC Network. Brian previously worked at Tyler Technologies from 2004 to 2006 as a client support specialist and from 2007 to 2008 as a business analyst. In 2012, they became the senior manager for Texas e-filing and was responsible for launching eFileTexas.gov, the largest mandatory e-filing system for civil filings in the United States. Brian left Tyler Technologies in 2014 and became the president of Courts & Justice for the company in 2017. Brian held this position until 2020 when they left Tyler Technologies.

Brian McGrath has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M University and a Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School.
