Deb Zimmermann, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, FAAN is the Chief Executive Officer of The DAISY Foundation and Co-Founder of Leaders in Care, LLC. As the Chief Clinical Officer and Principal of Leaders in Care, Deb is dedicated to improving clinical performance and creating a healthy work environment for clinicians. Deb has extensive experience as a Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President in healthcare systems, with a background in academic health settings and serving in the US Army Nurse Corps.
