Caroline Wills is a dedicated journalism student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, pursuing a degree in Journalism and Political Science. Currently serving as the Sports Desk Editor at The Daily Tar Heel since August 2022, Caroline oversees the editing and assignment of sports stories and plans special print edition content. Caroline's experience includes roles as a senior writer covering various women's sports, multimedia reporting intern for the Greensboro News & Record, and reporting intern for the Hickory Daily Record, where coverage involved local events and community issues. Additionally, Caroline contributed to the Monet Richardson Community Foundation as a public relations student volunteer and worked as a finance intern for Cheri Beasley's U.S. Senate campaign. Previous experience includes serving as a front desk secretary and recruiter at Bachman Staffing, showcasing a diverse skill set in both journalism and communications.
