Rachel Schlueter is a dedicated journalist with diverse experience in various media roles. Currently serving as the Newsletter Editor at The Daily Northwestern, Rachel publishes a newsletter for over 6,000 subscribers and works on audience expansion strategies. Past roles include serving as a Reporter for The Daily Northwestern, covering multiple sections, and working as a Freelance Writer for Northern Virginia Magazine producing weekly articles. Additionally, Rachel has experience as an Editorial Intern at Northern Virginia Magazine and as a Magazine Designer for Spoon Magazine, where design and promotional content were created. In a recent position as a Political Reporter for Medill News Service, Rachel reported on Capitol Hill issues. Educationally, Rachel pursues a Bachelor's degree in Journalism at Northwestern University, having also attended James Madison High School and the Medill Cherubs Summer Journalism Intensive.
