Yuqing Qiu is currently serving as a DEI Liaison and sports reporter for The Daily Californian, with a focus on men's swim and dive and features, and has previously covered men's water polo, men's gymnastics, and women's field hockey. In addition, Yuqing holds a Consular Intern position at the Consulate General of Greece, having also served as Head Coach and Varsity Coach for the Abraham Lincoln Dragon Boat Team from December 2021 to December 2023. Engagement in Cal Dragon Boat includes roles as a general member, interview board member, and historian on the executive board. Prior internship experiences include ORTHOCARE & SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPY LLC and Square as a Jr. Operations Specialist. Yuqing is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies with a focus on Political Economy at the University of California, Berkeley.
