Allison Mistrot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and management. Since January 2015, Allison has served as a Cycle Instructor at The Dailey Method, while also leading as a coach for entry-level swimmers at Santa Clara Swim Club since May 2014. Additionally, Allison has been teaching private swim lessons to children ages 3-10 since April 2005, focusing on beginning-level stroke techniques. Previous roles include Front Desk Manager at Bodyworks from December 2013 to May 2014, where staff and member experiences were prioritized, and multiple managerial positions at Abercrombie & Fitch from January 2012 to August 2013. Allison holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from San Diego State University and an Associate's degree in Criminology from Santa Rosa Junior College.
