Bill Woodson is a distinguished finance professional with extensive experience in wealth management and family office services. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Cynosure Wealth Advisors at The Cynosure Group since April 2023, Bill has also held prominent academic roles, including Lecturer for the Master's in Wealth Management Program at Columbia University since May 2020. Bill is a co-author of "The Family Office: A Comprehensive Guide for Advisers, Practitioners, and Students" and a co-founder and board member of The UHNW Institute. Prior leadership roles include Chair of the Advisory Board for Stanford University’s Global Projects Center, Head of Strategic Wealth Advisory and Family Office Services at Silicon Valley Bank, and Managing Director positions at Citi and Credit Suisse. Educational achievements include degrees from NYU Stern School of Business and UC Irvine.
