Darioush Shahidi

Operations Director

Darioush Shahidi is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Operations Director with Lucia Restaurants and The Cut & Craft Restaurants since February 2019, Darioush has held various roles including Operations Manager and General Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Regional Trainer at Living Ventures Management Services from June 2015 to February 2019. Darioush is currently pursuing an ILM Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management from Impellus and holds a Diploma Level 5 in HRM from ICS Learn, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from BPP University. Educational background includes A-levels and GCSEs from Prince Henrys Grammar School.
