Kirsten Considine is currently working as a Food & Beverage Instructor at the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas, teaching students how to become FOH Servers & Bus Persons. Previously, Kirsten held the position of General Manager at la Madeleine Country French Cafe, where Kirsten was responsible for inventory, scheduling, guest satisfaction, ordering, financial results, and training. Kirsten also worked as a Senior Manager at BJs Restaurant & Brewhouse, overseeing scheduling, bar/food inventory, guest relations, shift management, and off-site marketing. Kirsten holds a Certification in Accounting/Bookkeeping from Tarrant County College.
