The Healthcare Team at The Cradle ensures the well-being and medical care of infants in the on-site nursery. Comprising registered nurses (RNs), a nursery coordinator, infant aides, nurses, and a charge nurse/volunteer coordinator, the team provides specialized care for infants with special medical needs and supports birth parents during their decision-making process. This team plays a critical role in maintaining a safe environment for infants while orchestrating comprehensive healthcare services until permanent placement is achieved.
