William Layne currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) since May 2021, having previously held the position of Assistant Director of Human Capital Planning and Executive Resources at CSOSA from November 2015 to May 2021. Layne's extensive experience in human capital management includes advisory roles focused on strategic workforce alignment and comprehensive recruiting processes. Prior to CSOSA, Layne worked at the National Institutes of Health as a Management Analyst, as well as at USAREC and the U.S. Army, where leadership in recruiting operations led to significant increases in production. Layne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Trident University International.
