Leslie Scott Parker has extensive experience in human resource management within state government, currently serving as the Director of the National Association of State Personnel Executives at the Council of State Governments since September 1999. In this role, Leslie acts as the chief staff person for an organization representing state HR management directors. Prior to this position, Leslie worked as an Association Director and Project Coordinator at AMR Management Services from September 1996 to August 1999, facilitating national associations such as the National Association of State Procurement Officials and the National Association of State Chief Administrators. Leslie holds a degree from Western Kentucky University.
