Jack Block has garnered extensive experience in customer service and support roles. Currently serving as an IT Support Technician, Merchandising Assistant, and member of the Customer Service Team at The Cotswold Company since October 2018, Jack Block has demonstrated versatility in both technical and customer-oriented positions. Prior to this, Jack Block worked at Sainsbury's as a Team Leader from October 2011 to January 2018, overseeing various customer-facing areas. Educationally, Jack Block attended City College Norwich from September 2009 to September 2011.
