Mikaela Malcolm is an experienced professional in community support and project coordination with a focus on mental health and development economics. Currently serving as the Strategic Initiatives Coordinator for Community Support Programs at The Corporation of the Town of Ajax since May 2023, Mikaela previously held positions including Project Coordinator at Women's Health in Women's Hands Community Health Centre and Program Assistant for Crisis Support at the Canadian Mental Health Association. Additional experience includes roles as a Monitor and Evaluation Officer at EQWIP HUBs and Campaign Associate at United Way Greater Toronto. Mikaela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from York University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa.
