Cassandra Waldon is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in education, program coordination, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Museums Marketing, Volunteer and Education Coordinator at The Corporation of the County of Prince Edward since July 2022, Cassandra previously held multiple roles at Youth Employment Services from July 2016 to July 2022, including Manager of Development and Program Coordinator for key initiatives. Responsibilities included engaging corporate partners, proposal writing, event planning, and supporting youth with mental health challenges. Cassandra's earlier experience includes positions at Free The Children, Oxford Learning Centres, Harbourfront Centre, and the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board. Cassandra holds a Master's Degree in Second Language Education from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor's Degree in Primary/Junior Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature and French Language from McMaster University.
