Beata Kirr has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Beata currently serves as the Chief Impact Officer at The Copia Group, LLC since May 2023. Prior to this, they held various senior roles at Bernstein Private Wealth Management from 2007 to 2023, including SVP, Co-Head of Investment Strategies, President of the Sanford C. Bernstein Mutual Fund Board, and National Managing Director, Head of Private Client Core Strategies. Beata also worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President at Bernstein from 2007 to 2017. Before joining Bernstein, Beata worked as a Director of Investor Relations at Aurora Investment Management from 2004 to 2006. Beata began their career at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Institutional Equities from 2002 to 2004, and as an Analyst in Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets from 1996 to 2000.

Beata Kirr completed their M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2002. Previously, they obtained a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School in 1996. Beata also holds a Bachelor of Science - BS in Finance, General from The Wharton School, which they completed in the same year. Before their higher education, they attended Highland Park High School from 1988 to 1992.
