Sri Rajan currently serves as an Advisory Partner at Bain & Company since January 2024, having held significant leadership roles including Chairman and Managing Partner for Bain & Company India. With a strong focus on turnaround strategies and extensive experience collaborating with private equity firms in both the US and India, Sri Rajan has also established a footprint in multiple advisory and board roles across various organizations. These include positions as Chair of the Advisory Boards for The Udaiti Foundation and ILSS - India Leaders for Social Sector, Vice Chairman of The Akshaya Patra Foundation USA, and a board member for Delhivery and Capella Space. Additionally, Sri Rajan is an active angel investor in numerous startups. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School and a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
