Heather Endraske currently serves as the Director of Application Systems at The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management, a position held since May 2022. Previously, Heather accumulated significant experience at Apple from November 2013 to May 2022, where roles included AppleCare Mentor and Mac+ Senior Advisor, focusing on product mastery, coaching, and innovation. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Ad Pages Magazine, where assistance was provided to business owners in developing tailored programs for profitability, and a Manager at Best Buy, overseeing employee training and addressing customer needs. Additionally, Heather was a Program Manager for Pictures of the Year International, responsible for event planning. Educational credentials include a BA in Photojournalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned in 2008.
