Samuel Carr is an experienced professional in both account management and political roles. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Cavendish since May 2017, Samuel has climbed the ranks through various positions from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive. Concurrently, Samuel holds prominent political roles including Shadow Cabinet Member for Major Projects and Group Whip at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, and Deputy Chairman for the Conservative Party in North West Hampshire. With a strong background in the Conservative Party, Samuel has also been a Council Candidate and Constituency Campaigner. Samuel's educational background includes a MA (Hons) in History from the University of Cambridge and studies at Peter Symonds College and Meoncross School.
