Connie Kollmeyer serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of DuPage, specializing in Sustainable Urban Agriculture and Study Abroad Programs since August 2019. Concurrently, Connie operates as the Owner, Organic Grower, and Permaculturist at Copper Fox Farm & Plot Twist Permaculture since February 2016, and holds the position of Environmental Educator with The Conservation Foundation, focusing on youth education and organic gardening initiatives. Additionally, Connie co-directs The Resiliency Institute, providing permaculture design and consultation, and has a long-standing role as an Accountant and Payroll Manager at Tumea & Associates CPA Firm since 1997. With a background in real estate as a broker from April 2015 to April 2021, Connie has pursued education through multiple institutions, including ongoing studies at Maharishi International University.
