Kanika Dua is a Business Development Manager at THE CONNPLEX SMART THEATRES, responsible for handling Franchise and Capex inquiries since February 2022. Previously, Kanika worked as an Inside Sales Specialist at infoAnalytica, Inc., where communication with customers and lead follow-up were key responsibilities from July to October 2022. Early in the career, Kanika served as a Sales Associate at Ananta Wellness, gaining experience in both B2B and B2C sectors while managing customer relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys from March 2012 to January 2015. Kanika is currently pursuing a degree in History at Lady Shriram College for Women, which began in 2002.
