Michelle Pak currently serves as a Senior Associate at The Concord Group, LLC, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at The Concord Group and a Human Resources Intern at IRI, where involvement included supporting the rollout of Atlas and managing requisitions. Michelle also gained diverse experience through roles such as Student Staff at Lexington Venue, Marketing Intern at City Health Tech Inc., Mentor at Coaching For Change, Inc., Non-Profit Operations Intern in Finance at World Relief, and Business Development & Partnerships Intern at Lalamove. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in History and Business Institutions from Northwestern University, with prior studies at Columbia University and Trinity College Dublin, alongside completion of high school at Lexington High School.
