Jarek Sadowski has extensive experience in the food manufacturing sector, currently serving as Divisional Manufacturing Director and previously as Site Director at Tottle Bakery within The Compleat Food Group since November 2015. Earlier roles included Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Factory Manager at Tottle Bakery, showcasing progressive leadership in manufacturing operations. Prior to this, Jarek Sadowski worked at Gi Group UK from February 2008 to November 2015, advancing from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager and finally to Special Projects Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams across multiple sites and implementing improved recruitment processes. Jarek Sadowski holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Social Communication from the University of Wroclaw, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
